The Royal University for Women is being built on a 60-acre campus in West Riffa. This complex is designed to provide a self-contained educational environment with well-designed classrooms, an extensive library and facilities for clubs, societies and sports activities as well as specialized studios for art and design. It also has other recreational facilities such as a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool and tented walkways throughout the grounds.
The University is in collaboration with universities such as McGill University in Montreal, Canada for programmes in Management and Education and Middlesex University in the UK.
