EMCO has implemented extensive mechanical and electrical works including initially temporary district cooling facility of 5000 tonnes capacity to serve the cooling needs of the Financial Towers and later a permanent district cooling plant  with a capacity of 24,000 tonnes to serve the district cooling network of the Diplomatic Area of Bahrain including the Bahrain Financial Harbour.

Bahrain Financial Harbor is a global phenomenon. From International offices, house in intelligent buildings to commercial amenities and recreational facilities, the Harbour is a wonder of engineering and architectural ingenuity in the Middle East.

EMCO also has carried MEP Fit-out works for 20 floors.
