King Hamad General Hospital
King Hamad General Hospital is located at Busaiteen, Muharraq. The client is the Ministry of Health and the client facilitator is the Ministry of Works and Housing. The site for the hospital is located on reclaimed land adjacent to the road between the airport and Manama and has close proximity to the sea with a good sea view.
Bahrain World Trade Center
The project team includes both local and international companies with joint venture lead contractor Nass Murray and Roberts and local company HAJ acting as Client Representative and Cost Consultants.
Amwaj Island Lagoon Project
Located on Amwaj Islands, off the coast of Muharraq in Bahrain, the $90 million one kilometer long, waterside retail and dining destination is a new concept with food and beverage outlets and boutique retail. The Lagoon Bahrain comprises of eight low-rise buildings.

Movenpick Hotel and Hotel Staff Accommodation
The five star Movenpick Hotel lies in close proximity to the Bahrain International Airport. The Hotel is spread over an area of 43,400 square meter and consists of guest rooms, suites, executive suites and a business lounge in addition to a restaurant, a bar, coffee shops, health club, shopping arcade, spa and a banquet hall. The main feature of the hotel is the sloping glazed atrium which gives a visual transparency to the entire hotel.
Royal University for Women
The Royal University for Women is being built on a 60-acre campus in West Riffa. This complex is designed to provide a self-contained educational environment with well-designed classrooms, an extensive library and facilities for clubs, societies and sports activities as well as specialized studios for art and design. It also has other recreational facilities such as a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool and tented walkways throughout the grounds.
Meena – 7
Meena 7 comprises seven waterfront condominium towers with 213 single, double and triple bedroom apartments and various recreation and leisure facilities. EMCO had the distinction to be the services contractor for the prestigious project.
Bahrain International Exhibition Center
Bahrain International Exhibition Center and 5 Star Convention Center, the best complex of its kind in the Gulf. It is the modern complex in the Arab world and features all the facilities expected by international exhibitors and visitors.
From the outside, the building resembles an old fort, with wind towers for ventilation during the cooler months.

A $27 million resort hotel built on the Manama coast at the southern side of the Manama Muharraq lagoon, Novotel is part of the Accor Hotels Group which operates 3,800 hotels worldwide.
Somerset Residence
Somerset Residence is a 17-storey twin tower which consists of 122 nos. luxury sea facing furnished residence. Together the two 70 meter high towers form a spearhead shape that suggests grandeur and strength. Each tower has a basement, ground floor and 16 upper floors with a total floor area of 24,000 sq. meter.
